"Founded in 1915, Helen Keller International (HKI) is among the oldest international nonprofit organizations devoted to fighting and treating preventable blindness worldwide. HKI has joined the tsunami disaster relief efforts, distributing vitamin A, iodized oil, and dispersible zinc tablets to children under five years of age in Indonesia.
